Policy

Items are shipped from a drop-shipper warehouse in various locations therefore the instructions for returning purchased merchandise may vary.

Items must be returned within 30 days.
Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Intimates and swimwear may not be returned.
Shoe boxes may not be used as the shipping box.
Sale or Bargain Items cannot be returned for refund. You may return for store credit or exchange.

All shipping charges including regular shipping and Expedited shipping costs are nonrefundable. Your original shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the item was delivered defective, damaged, etc.
